Draw 5 Min Surr App Target

This drill uses the App's target and as the title suggest runs for five minutes.  It is designed to work on your sight index from the surrender position.  The App's targets require a more refined and precise technique since the concept of aim small miss small is taken to heart when you use one.  One of the things you will notice with this target is that as with a life size target the sights remain clear while the background goes all fuzzy.  However the circle target creates a nice bright area around the sight. This is the reason why this target is the easiest of them, the other offer no comfort zone.  The index needs to be precise.  Same thing applies to the demos that feature the App's Target.

Reload 20 Reps

This drill was created o practice the reload.  It is meant to be worked in a smooth manner.  Meaning we are not looking to do it fast.  Smooth and smooth gets you to speed.  I was pretty tired when I took this footages.  It was the last video of the day.  Remember, the intention of the demo of the demo is to demonstrate the app's ease of use with live targets.

Remember to adjust the settings between reps if you are feeling rush.  Also these settings call for a five time repetition.  Leave them like that until you get a chance to try the drill, once you begin adjust as necessary.   Target Re-Appear Time controls your PAR time, you can decrease the amount but not increase it, since that would set the drills outside the margins of needed performance.

This is a stage with lots of different movements.  I would start with 10 seconds between reps and change according to performance.  Out of all the stages this one seems to be the most complicated.  The movements for required can be performed at home using dry fire, if you can do so at the required distance and with the required target the better.

Notes and Drill suggestions
I have divided this drill into two exercises.  The first part calls for the running to the 15 yard line.  I would suggest the use of an empty of dummy gun to get you working on this first leg of the stage.  I have given you a generous 30 seconds to get back to the 25 yard line and get ready.  After hearing the commands you will have at least 5 seconds to get ready.  You can increase these settings as you see fit.

Notes and Drill suggestions

This drill starts from the low ready and is the second half of Stage 2.  Two shot three seconds.  This one should be easy to practice at home.  You can increase the amount of repetitions and the time in between reps as you deemed necessary.

Name: FBI PQC STAGE 3*

Restart Drill In:  00:30:00

Notes and Drill suggestions

The reps are set 30 seconds apart to give you enough time to get back to the start line.  Again, during practice use an unloaded or dummy replica until you have the movements down.

Notes and Drill suggestions

Again there is running on this exercise so the setting between reps has been set to 30 seconds.  I have no idea what the individual physical shape of all the users is so increase/decrease as you deemed necessary.

Regimen
No Regimen needed unless you need to recreate the actual qualifier.  If so, recreate the drills and change the drill durations accordingly.

Good luck in your qualifier.  Please contact me and/or leave a comment letting me know your opinion and if this was of any help to you.

Regimen

The Regimen will allow you to bind all of these drills together so you can run them one after the other. What you need to do is to recreate the same drills and named them the same, except for taking the asterisk out. These new seven drills make the actual qualifier course with the actual repetitions. If you want to do that go ahead and for the messages you can use the drill specs you see under note for each drill. You can change the amount of reps on each drill and the time between reps by adjusting Restart Drill In and Drill Duration respectively.

If you wish to send in your own qualifiers so that I can include it please send me an email.  Good luck everyone
